Take some time for yourself today because you deserve it! Self Love Deep Stretch is a heart-centered yoga class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for self-love through mindful movement, deep stretching, and meditation. This class combines gentle movement with a Yin Yoga-inspired deep stretch practice to help release tension, increase mobility, improve flexibility, and support overall well-being. Together, we'll explore the importance of showing love and compassion to ourselves while creating a sense of balance for the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga Style: Hatha Flow & Yin Yoga Deep Stretch Class Length: 1 Hour • 45-minute yoga practice • 15-minute Self-Love Guided Meditation Props: No props are required. Optional props include: • Yoga blocks • Yoga bolster or pillow • Yoga strap • Yoga blanket This class is suitable for beginners looking to deepen their practice as well as intermediate yogis. As always, the most important thing is to honor your body and move at your own pace. Every student is unique, and your practice should support where you are today. Please register at least 3 hours before class begins. ***Please complete the health waiver before attending class.*** This is a virtual yoga class hosted via Zoom. Your class link will be provided after registration. Props such as yoga blocks and straps can be especially helpful for students looking to increase flexibility and find greater comfort in certain poses. Each class begins with meditation to help you connect with the theme and intention of the practice before moving into the physical portion of class. I look forward to practicing with you and sharing this beautiful journey of self-love together!
