Sweet & Slow Mellow Flow is a gentle yoga class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement and deep stretching. This calming practice creates space for peace, gratitude, relaxation, and self-care while helping to release tension from both the body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this class provides a supportive environment to move at your own pace and honor your body's needs. Through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and intentional movement, you'll leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and at ease. Yoga Style: Gentle Flow & Yin Yoga Deep Stretch Class Length: 1 Hour • 45-minute Gentle Yoga Flow • 15-minute Deep Relaxation Meditation Props: No props are required. Optional props include: • Yoga blocks • Yoga bolster or pillow • Yoga strap • Yoga blanket This class is suitable for all experience levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you'll find benefits in slowing down, creating space in the body, and cultivating a sense of calm. Remember, your yoga practice is uniquely yours, so listen to your body and honor where you are today. Please register at least 3 hours before class begins. ***Please complete the health waiver before attending class.*** This is a virtual yoga class hosted via Zoom. Your class link will be provided after registration. Yoga blocks and straps can provide additional support and comfort during certain poses, but they are never required. Each class begins with meditation to help you connect with the theme and intention of the practice before moving into the physical portion of class.
